Faela Privacy Policy

The short version

• · Faela does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data.
• · Your fasting sessions and preferences stay on your device.
• · There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking.
• · There are no third-party SDKs embedded in the app.

What Faela stores

All of the following is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData and the system settings store):

• · Your fasting sessions (start time, end time, optional notes).
• · Your preferences (chosen plan/schedule and reminder settings).

This data never leaves your device through Faela. You can export it for your own use, or delete all of it at any time from Settings → Delete All Data.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Faela schedules local notifications on your device. No notification content is sent to any server.

Adaptive insights (Premium)

Premium "adaptive AI" insights are generated entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Your fasting data is not sent to Apple or to us to produce these insights.

Subscriptions

Faela Premium is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple ID. Faela does not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Faela supports habit tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition prescriptions, or guarantees about body changes.
